This allows you to concentrate your efforts on what you do best, originate loans. MRG will provde complete compliance with all investor quality control requirements. The process permits the client or MRG to make the quality control selections. The process will include the reverification of credit documentation and the selection of review credit reports and review appraisal reports as required. Loan files are reviewed for accuracy and compliance with all documentation provided. MRG will provide detailed individual loan review reports as well as a summary report for the entire review period. Reports can be modified to meet the specific requirements of the client. MRG can complete the Q.C. process for a fraction of the cost you would incure to hire qualified staff for this function. MRG will keep the cost variable and tied to your actual originations. We do not require monthly minimums and have no hidden charges.
